舒适护理对鼻咽癌放疗后放射性咽炎镇痛药使用的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理模式在鼻咽癌放疗后放射性咽炎患者护理中的效果,以及对患者镇痛药物使用情况的影响。方法选择本院于2021年1月-2022年10月间收治的52例鼻咽癌放疗后放射性咽炎患者,随机分2组后,观察组(n=26)患者接受舒适护理,对照组(n=26)患者接受常规护理,根据两组患者护理指标评价护理方案的实施效果。结果观察组患者镇痛药物使用患者占比低于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,护理满意度数据高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放疗后放射性咽炎患者护理干预期间,通过舒适护理模式可显著缓解患者躯体疼痛情况,减少患者疼痛药物的使用,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing mode in the nursing of patients with radioactive pharyngitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer,and its influence on the use of analgesic drugs in patients.Methods A total of 52 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radiation pharyngitis after radiotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in the observation group(n=26)received comfort nursing,and patients in the control group(n=26)received routine nursing.The implementation effect of the nursing program was evaluated according to the nursing indexes of the two groups.Results The proportion of patients using analgesic drugs in observation group was lower than control group,pain score was lower than control group,nursing satisfaction data was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing intervention of patients with radioactive pharyngitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer,comfort nursing mode can significantly relieve the physical pain of patients and reduce the use of pain drugs for patients,which is worth promoting.
