围术期精细化护理在甲状腺结节手术患者中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析及评估在甲状腺结节手术患者围术期中实施精细化护理的临床实际应用效果。方法基于抽签法将采集时间为2019年1月-2023年1月我院70例行甲状腺结节手术的患者纳入本次研究当中,分为参照组(35例)、试验组(35例),参照组行围术期常规护理,试验组行围术期精细化护理。对比2组舒适度评分、护理前后负性情绪评分,另对比术后并发症与护理满意度。结果试验组术后并发症总发生率2.86%低于参照组总发生率17.14%试验组护理满意度评分与舒适度评分全部对比结果均优于参照组,整体对比差异存在统计学意义P<0.05;护理前2组负性情绪对比结果无统计学意义P>0.05,护理后试验组SDS与SAS评分全部优于参照组,统计学处理显示P<0.05。结论针对于甲状腺结节手术患者围术期予以精细化护理干预,整体效果较为显著,可有效缓解患者负面情绪,降低术后并发症,患者对护理方式的满意度较高,值得推广实施。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of perioperative intensive nursing in patients undergoing thyroid nodule surgery.Methods Based on the lottery method,70 patients who underwent thyroid nodule surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were included in this study and divided into the reference group(35 cases)and the experimental group(35 cases).The reference group received perioperative routine nursing,and the experimental group received perioperative refined nursing.Comfort score,negative emotion score before and after nursing,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was 2.86%lower than that in control group,17.14%.All comparison results of nursing satisfaction score and comfort score of experimental group were better than that of the reference group,and the overall comparison difference was statistically significant P<0.05.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of negative emotion between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were all better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of perioperative refined nursing intervention for patients with thyroid nodule surgery is relatively significant,which can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions and reduce postoperative complications.Patients have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing methods,which is worth popularizing and implementing.
