先天性鼻泪管阻塞疗的护理效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究先天性鼻泪管阻塞综合诊疗中采取护理干预的效果。方法选取2020年06月~2022年06月于我院就诊的先天性鼻泪管阻塞患儿研究,总例数56例,按照护理方法差异性分组,对照组28例辅以常规护理,实验组38例辅以整体护理,进行相关指标的比较,如生活质量、并发症及家属满意度等。结果①生存质量:实验组生理/社会/角色功能等因子分值,均高于对照组(P<0.05);②并发症:实验组泪小点撕裂、继发性感染等发生率0%(0/28),记录数值低于对照组17.86%(5/28)(P<0.05);③家属满意度:实验组家属满意度,如健康宣教、服务态度等,高于对照组(P<0.05);④护理效果:实验组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论先天性鼻泪管阻塞综合诊疗中采取整体护理效果显著,可改善患儿症状,规避相关并发症,提高生存质量,家属满意度高,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods From June 2020 to June 2022,56 children with congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,38 cases in the experimental group were assisted with holistic nursing,and the related indexes such as quality of life,complications and satisfaction of family members were compared.Results 1 quality of life:the scores of physiological/social/role function and other factors in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05)2 complications:the incidence of lacrimal dot tear and secondary infection in the experimental group was 0%(0/28),3 satisfaction degree of family members:Satisfaction Degree of family members,such as health education and service attitude,was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(p<0.05);4 nursing effect:the nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms,avoid the related complications,improve the quality of life and the satisfaction of family members.
