延续性护理对喉癌患者自我护理能力、生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析针对喉癌患者,应用延续性护理模式支持,对其生活质量及自我护理能力的改善效果。方法:抽取2021.05-2022.05就诊本院的喉癌患者共计60例。计算机1:1随机数列均分组别,参比组(常规护理,n=30),分析组(延续性护理,n=30)。比较两组干预前后ESCA(自我护理能力量表)评分、GOQIL-74(生存质量量表)评分及护理满意度。结果:分析组护理1个月后,自我护理能力指标(自我概念、健康知识水平、自我护理技能及自我责任感)评分均显著高于参比组同期及本组护理前,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。分析组护理1个月后生活质量指标(环境、生理、心理及社会)评分均显著高于参比组同期及本组护理前,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。分析组护理1个月后,护理满意度指标(护理责任心、风险意识、操作技能及服务态度)均显著高于参比组,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对喉癌患者,应用延续性护理模式支持,既可利于其自我护理能力提升,也可改善其生活质量,于护理满意度提升有显著增益。Objective:To analyze the improvement effect of continuous nursing mode support on laryngeal cancer patients'quality of life and self-care ability.Methods:A total of 60 patients with laryngeal cancer were selected from 2021.05-2022.05.Computer 1:1 random series average classification,reference group(routine care,n=30),analysis group(continuity care,n=30).ESCA(Self-care Ability Scale)scores,GOQIL-74(Quality of Life Scale)scores and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After one month of nursing care,the scores of self-care ability indicators(self-concept,health knowledge level,self-care skills,and sense of responsibility)in the analysis group were significantly higher than those in the reference group during the same period and before nursing care in this group.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life indicators(environment,physiology,psychology,and society)in the analysis group after one month of nursing care were significantly higher than those in the reference group during the same period and before nursing care in this group.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of nursing care,the indicators of nursing satisfaction(nursing responsibility,risk awareness,operational skills,and service attitude)in the analysis group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For laryngeal cancer patients,the application of continuous nursing mode support,not only can improve their self-care ability,but also can improve their quality of life,in nursing satisfaction has a significant gain.
