优质护理服务在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中预防黏膜急性放射反应的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究头颈部肿瘤放疗采取优质护理的效果及价值。方法选取2021年1月~2022年1月于我院就诊的头颈部肿瘤放疗患者研究,总例数66例,采取1:1比例分组,对照组中33例病例接受一般护理,观察组中33例病例接受优质护理服务,比较2组指标,如黏膜急性放射反应发生状况、生活质量及满意度等。结果①黏膜急性放射反应发生状况:观察组黏膜急性放射反应发生率、持续时间,均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②生活质量:基于生理、情感及社会状况等指标上,观察组记录数值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③满意度:记录观察组满意度,其数值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④心理状态:观察组心理状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头颈部肿瘤放疗采取优质护理效果确切,可降低或规避黏膜急性放射性反应发生,缩短症状持续时间,且利于减轻心理应激情绪,优化患者预后,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect and value of high-quality nursing in radiotherapy of head and neck cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with head and neck cancer treated with radiotherapy from January to January 2022 in our hospital were 2021,in the Observation Group,33 patients received high quality nursing service,and the indexes of the two groups were compared,such as acute radiation reaction of mucosa,quality of life and satisfaction.Results 1 acute radiation reaction of mucosa:the incidence and duration of acute radiation reaction of mucosa in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05)2 quality of life:Based on the indexes of physiology,emotion and social status,the values recorded in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);4 mental state:the mental state of the Observation Group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing for patients with head and neck cancer after radiotherapy can reduce or avoid the occurrence of acute radiation reaction of mucosa,shorten the duration of symptoms,relieve psychological stress and optimize the prognosis of patients,it is worth learning from.
