早期营养特殊护理对行鼻咽癌放射治疗后吞咽困难患者护理中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析早期营养特殊护理在行鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)放射治疗后吞咽困难患者护理中实际应用价值。方法在我院肿瘤放疗科2021年1月份至2022年12月份入院行NPC放疗后吞咽困难患者中选出60例,盲选法分为参照组(常规护理)和观察组(早期营养特殊护理),比较护理满意率、吞咽困难发生率、营养指标、SSA评分、GWB评分。结果研究组患者干预后护理满意率96.67%;以及营养指标、GWB评分研究组数据偏高;吞咽困难发生率0.00%,及其SSA评分研究组数据略低,与参照组数据比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论NPC放疗后吞咽困难患者护理中早期营养特殊护理具备显著应用价值。Objective To analyze the practical application of special nursing of early nutrition in the nursing of patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy for NPC nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with dysphagia after NPC radiotherapy in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(early nutrition special nursing)by blind selection method.The nursing satisfaction rate,incidence of dysphagia,nutrition index,SSA score and GWB score were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67%in the study group after intervention.The nutritional index and GWB score in the study group were higher than those in the study group.The incidence of dysphagia was 0.00%,and its SSA score was slightly lower in the study group,with statistical difference compared with the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Special early nutrition care has significant application value in nursing care of NPC patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy.
