探讨更换胃管时胃液滴入咽喉致胃食管反流病的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的本研究着重研讨更换胃管时胃液滴入咽喉致胃食管反流病的护理效果。方法以回顾性方式,展开研讨2022年8月-2024年2月本院的100例胃食管反流病患者,并按“护理方式异同”均分为对照组(n=50常规护理)与实验组(n=50对照组基础上进行护理干预),重点研讨两组患者护理满意度、RDQ评分、QOL评分。结果对比分析后实验组患者护理总满意度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组RDQ评分、QOL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后实验组患者RDQ评分显著低于对照组,QOL评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在更换胃管时进行特殊护理干预可有效降低胃液滴入咽喉的发生率,减少胃食管反流病的发生,同时也可减少胃液的量,使胃液不易滴入咽喉,值得临床借鉴与推广。Objective This study focuses on the nursing effects of gastric fluid dripping into the throat during gastrostomy tube replacement in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to February 2024.The patients were divided into a control group(n=50,receiving routine nursing)and an experimental group(n=50,receiving nursing intervention on the basis of the control group).The nursing satisfaction,RDQ score,and QOL score were the main outcomes measured in both groups.Results The overall nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RDQ score and QOL score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).However,after nursing,the RDQ score in the experimental group was significantly lower and the QOL score was significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Special nursing intervention during gastrostomy tube replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of gastric fluid dripping into the throat,reduce the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and decrease the amount of gastric fluid,making it less likely to drip into the throat.This intervention is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
