摘　　要：目的分析纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术的护理配合措施,寻求最佳护理方案。方法择取医院在2021年11月-2022年11月期间行纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术的86例患者为主体,运用奇偶法分组,其中43例为参照组,实施常规护理配合,剩余43例为观察组,实施优化护理配合措施,比较组间护理效果、不良情绪、护理满意度。结果(1)观察组护理总有效率较参照组高,差异显著且存在价值(P<0.05);(2)观察组SCL-90评分较参照组低,差异显著且存在价值(P<0.05);(3)观察组护理满意度评分较参照组高,差异显著且存在价值(P<0.05)。结论对纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术实施优化护理配合措施的效果显著,可改善机体情绪状态,还可提升护理满意度,可促进异物取出术顺利完成。Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation measures of taking out foreign bodies in pharynx and larynx under fibrolaryngoscope,and seek the best nursing plan.Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent foreign body removal in pharynx and larynx under fiber laryngoscope from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the main body,and divided into groups by odd-even method.Among them,43 patients were the reference group,and the remaining 43 patients were the observation group,and the nursing effect,bad mood and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,with significant difference and value(P<0.05);(2)The SCL-90 score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,with significant difference and value(P<0.05);(3)The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,with significant difference and value(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of optimizing nursing cooperation measures in the removal of foreign bodies from pharynx and larynx under fiber laryngoscope is remarkable,which can improve the emotional state of the body,improve nursing satisfaction and promote the successful completion of foreign body removal.
