王继红运用通元推法治疗先天性肌斜颈经验介绍

摘　　要：介绍王继红教授运用通元推法治疗先天性肌斜颈(CMT)的经验。王继红教授将CMT的病机概括为气血阴阳不足,筋脉失养,瘀阻筋脉。治疗上运用通元推法以调补气血阴阳为主,活血化瘀、舒筋通络为辅,筋骨同治,在临床中取得良好疗效。This article introduces Professor WANG Jihong's experience in treating congenital muscle torticollis(CMT)with Tongyuan Tuina method.Professor WANG Jihong summarized the pathogenesis of CMT as the insufficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,the malnutrition of sinews and vessels,and blood stasis obstructing the sinews and vessels.In terms of treatment,professor WANG uses the Tongyuan Tuina method to mainly regulate and tonify qi,blood,yin and yang,supplemented by invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,relaxing the sinews and unblocking the collaterals,and treating muscles and bones together,which can help achieve good therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
