摘　　要：五行学说属于中医基础理论的重要组成部分。王小云教授临证擅长运用“五行辨证”理论来治疗妇科疾病,认为女子以血为本,气血的化生、运行、调控都依赖于肺气的充盈和宣发肃降,在治疗妇科疾病时,充分运用五行生克制化关系,健脾不忘养肺,疏肝兼以宣肺,补肾不忘补肺,从肺论治月经病、带下病、妊娠恶阻、产后缺乳、更年期综合征等病症,用药轻灵,疗效显著。Five-phase theory is an important part of the basic theory of Chinese medicine.Professor WANG Xiaoyun is adept at applying"five-phase syndrome differentiation"theory to treat gynecological diseases.She believes that women's health is based on blood,and the generation,circulation,and regulation of qi and blood depend on the fullness,diffusion,dispersion,purification and descent of lung qi.In treating gynecological diseases,she fully utilizes the relationships of restriction and generation in the five phases;she strengthens the spleen without forgetting to nourish the lungs,soothes the liver while also diffusing the lungs,and supplements kidneys without forgetting to supplement lungs;she treats menstrual disorders,leukorrhea disease,hyperemesis gravidarum,postpartum hypogalactia,and menopausal syndrome from lungs;the medication is gentle yet the therapeutic effect is significant.
