摘 要:随着电动汽车(EV)行业的快速发展,高效、高性能电机的需求日益增长。文章旨在通过优化混合励磁电机的定转子结构,提高其效率和动力性能,以满足新能源电动车和三轮车的要求。研究采用了Maxwell仿真模块对转速、电磁力以及结构参数进行优化设计。通过对定子槽型、转子结构参数设计以及总体技术路线的布局进行参数化研究,实现了电机性能的显著提升。结合现有电机定子成熟的设计经验对电机定子进行设计,不断优化槽型结构,减小其稳态转矩和齿槽转矩。该研究不仅为新能源电动车和三轮车提供一种高效、稳定的电机解决方案,而且对推动电动汽车电机技术的创新和发展具有重要意义。通过优化设计,可以降低电动汽车的能耗,提高续航里程,减少环境影响,符合当前对绿色、高效交通工具的需求。With the rapid development of the electric vehicle(EV)industry,there is an increasing demand for efficient and high-performance motors.This paper aims to improve the efficiency and power performance of hybrid excitation motors by optimizing the stator and rotor structures to meet the requirements of new energy electric vehicles and tricycles.The study used the Maxwell simulation module to optimize the speed,electromagnetic force,and structural parameters.By conducting parametric research on the stator slot type,rotor structure parameters,and overall technical route layout,the motor performance is significantly improved.Combining existing design experience for the motor stator,the design of the motor stator is carried out,and the slot structure is continuously optimized to reduce the steady-state torque and cogging torque.This study not only provides an efficient and stable motor solution for new energy electric vehicles and tricycles but also has significant implications for promoting innovation and development in electric vehicle motor technology.By optimizing the design,the energy consumption of electric vehicles can be reduced,the range can be increased,and the environmental impact can be reduced,which meets the current demand for green and efficient transportation tools.
