摘　　要：隆乳术是一种通过手术方法增大乳房、改善女性身体形象和自信心的手段。假体隆乳术是目前最常见的乳房整形手术,其手术效果是术者极为关注的问题,而选择合适的假体对术后效果有决定性影响。本文就乳房假体的类型、选择原则以及假体选择需要考虑的因素等进行综述。Breast augmentation is a surgical method to enlarge the breasts and to enhance women's body image and self-confidence.Implant-based augmentation mammaplasty is currently the most common cosmetic breast surgery,and its outcomes are of great concern to the surgeons.The choice of an appropriate implant is crucial for the postoperative results.This article reviews the types of breast implants,principles of selection,and factors to be considered when choosing implants.
