点阵微针射频序贯窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部光老化临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察点阵微针射频序贯窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部光老化的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性纳入2021年1至12月苏州市第五人民医院50例因面部光老化接受治疗的女性患者,年龄(40±8)岁。所有患者均接受点阵微针射频序贯窄谱强脉冲光治疗。先给予1次点阵微针射频治疗,4周后给予500~600 nm窄谱强脉冲光治疗2次,每次间隔4周。治疗前及治疗结束后4周采用Visia皮肤图像分析仪检测皱纹、红色区、紫外线色斑等皮肤特征,并进行定量分析。由患者进行满意度自我评价,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果所有患者均完成治疗。治疗后患者面部皮肤均有改善,包括皱纹减轻、皮肤细腻、轮廓收紧、色素斑变淡等。治疗前患者皱纹、紫外线色斑、红色区评分分别为(25.6±10.2)、(312.6±75.9)、(162.0±68.6)分,治疗结束后4周分别为(18.3±7.4)、(261.2±82.7)、(129.7±60.1)分,均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。患者满意度评分为(6.6±1.2)分。所有患者在治疗过程中均伴有轻度红斑和水肿,3~4 d消退。所有患者均无水疱、色素沉着、瘢痕等不良反应发生。结论点阵微针射频序贯窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部光老化疗效较好,不良反应少。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of fractional microneedle radiofrequency(RF),subsequently followed by narrowband intense pulsed light(IPL),in the treatment of facial photoaging.MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed on 50 female patients who underwent facial photodamage treatment at the Fifth People's Hospital of Suzhou from January to December 2021,with an average age of(40±8)years.Each patient received fractional microneedle RF therapy,subsequently followed by two sessions of narrowband IPL therapy at 500-600 nm,with a 4-week interval between treatments.Before and 4 weeks after the final treatment,skin parameters including wrinkles,redness,and sunspots were quantitatively assessed using the Visia skin image analyzer.Patients self-reported their satisfaction levels,and any adverse reactions were recorded.ResultsAll patients completed the prescribed treatment regimen.Post-treatment evaluations revealed marked improvements in facial skin,characterized by reduced wrinkles,enhanced skin smoothness,tighter contours,and lighter pigmentation spots.Specifically,the pre-treatment scores for wrinkles,sunspots,and redness were(25.6±10.2),(312.6±75.9),and(162.0±68.6)scores,respectively,which significantly decreased to(18.3±7.4),(261.2±82.7),and(129.7±60.1)scores four weeks post-treatment(all P<0.001).The patients'satisfaction levels were(6.6±1.2)scores.During treatment,all patients experienced mild erythema and edema,which resolved within 3-4 days.No serious adverse reactions,such as blistering,hyperpigmentation,or scarring,were observed.ConclusionsFractional microneedle RF therapy,followed by narrowband IPL therapy,emerges as an effective and safe treatment option for facial photodamage,with minimal adverse reactions.
