摘　　要：目的观察于妊娠高血压患者中引入量化评估流程干预机制所取得的效果。方法选择2021年10月至2022年9月就治的妊娠高血压病例80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法将80例妊娠高血压患者划归为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组遵循妊娠高血压常规式健康管理模式进行干预,试验组引入量化评估流程干预机制,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组妊娠高血压患者营养不良率、体重增长控制不佳率、贝克焦虑评分、贝克抑郁评分低于对照组,健康行为评分高于对照组,血压、妊娠不良结局率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于妊娠高血压患者中引入量化评估流程干预机制,利于其营养、情绪、健康行为、血压等管理成效的提升,可优化其妊娠结局。Objective To observe the effect of introducing a quantitative assessment model based on process intervention in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods Eighty cases of PIH treated in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were recruited,and they were randomized 1∶1 to receive conventional health management model(control group)or quantitative assessment model based on process intervention(experimental group).The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were assessed.Results The patients in the experimental group had significantly lower malnutrition,poor weight gain control,scores of Beck Anxiety/Depression Inventory,significantly higher health behavior score,significantly lower blood pressure and adverse pregnancy outcome than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative assessment process model based on process intervention is conducive to the management of nutrition,emotion,health behavior and blood pressure,and the optimization of pregnancy outcome in PIH patients.
