摘　　要：建设专业化的党务工作队伍,是加强新时代公立医院党的建设和推进高质量党建工作的内在要义和现实需要。文章阐述了加强公立医院党务工作队伍专业化的意义,并基于此着重从培养规划、人员配备、教育培养等方面分析了重庆医科大学附属第二医院加强党务工作队伍专业化建设的实践情况,为加强公立医院党务工作队伍专业化进行了有益的探索。Building a professional party affairs work team is the intrinsic essence and practical need to strengthen the party building and promote high-quality party building in public hospitals in the new era.This paper expounds the significance of strengthening the professionalization of the party affairs work team in public hospitals,and analyzes the practice of strengthening the professionalization of the party affairs work team in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from the aspects of training planning,staffing,education and training,and makes useful explorations for strengthening the professionalization of the party affairs work team in public hospitals.
