摘　　要：目的建立玫瑰花传统饮片、破壁粉和破壁饮片的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱和多成分含量测定方法,比较三者的指纹图谱和含量之间的差异,为其质量控制提供参考依据。方法采用UPLC法对玫瑰花传统饮片、破壁粉与破壁饮片进行测定,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版本)”进行评价,并采用统计学软件(SPSS26.0)进行比较分析。结果玫瑰花传统饮片、破壁粉与破壁饮片之间的相似度均达到1.000,没食子酸、鞣花酸和槲皮素的平均含量高低均为破壁粉>破壁饮片>传统饮片,但含量没有明显的差异。结论玫瑰花传统饮片、破壁粉与破壁饮片中主要成分的组成基本相同,有效成分没食子酸、鞣花酸和槲皮素的含量基本一致。本方法可靠,重现性好,为玫瑰花破壁饮片的质量控制提供参考依据。Objective To establish ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)fingerprint spectra and multi-component content determination methods for traditional rose slices,broken wall powder,and broken wall slices,compare the differences in fingerprint spectra and content among the three,and provide reference for their quality control.Methods UPLC method was used to determine the traditional slices,broken wall powder,and broken wall slices of roses.The"Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation software(2012 version)"was used for evaluation,and statistical software(SPSS 26.0)was used for comparative analysis.Results The similarity between traditional rose slices,broken wall powder,and broken wall slices reached 1.000.The average contents of gallic acid,tannic acid,and quercetin were in the order of broken wall powder>broken wall slices>traditional slices,but there was no significant difference.Conclusion The composition of the main components in traditional rose slices,broken wall powder,and broken wall slices was basically the same,and the content of effective ingredients gallic acid,tannic acid,and quercetin are basically the same.This method is reliable and has good reproducibility,providing a reference for the quality control of rose broken wall slices.
