清海丸加减联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗肾阴虚型经间期出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨周士源教授经验方清海丸加减联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗肾阴虚型经间期出血的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月余干县妇幼保健院收治的肾阴虚型经间期出血患者60例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用清海丸加减治疗,观察两组证候改善情况及雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平变化。结果研究组的中医证候积分、E2和P水平均优于对照组,研究组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%。结论清海丸加减结合戊酸雌二醇片治疗肾阴虚型经间期出血优于单用戊酸雌二醇片,有效改善患者临床症状。Objective Exploring the effect of Professor Zhou Shiyuan's empirical formula modified qinghaiwan combined with estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of deficiency of kidney yin intermenstrual bleeding.Methods 60 patients deficiency of kidney yin intermenstrual bleeding admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yugan County from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with modified qinghaiwan on the basis of the control group.Compare the midmenstrual bleeding,improvement of accompanying symptoms,and changes in the levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in the two groups.Results The TCM symptom scores,E2 and P levels of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than that of the control group,which was 70.00%.Conclusion Modified qinghaiwan combined with estradiol valerate tablets is superior to estradiol valerate tablets alone in the treatment of deficiency of kidney yin intermenstrual bleeding and effectively improves patients'clinical symptoms.
