摘　　要：大力促进葡萄酒产业与文旅产业融合发展,符合新疆发展规划打造特色产业的要求,是新疆培育经济发展新动能的关键举措,也是实现经济高质量发展的必由之路。新疆葡萄酒产业与文旅产业具有天然的耦合优势,且面临政策势能、资源优势、产区特色等战略机遇。但二者目前产业融合度较低,融合进程有待加快;交通基础设施有待完善,葡萄酒文旅路线有待开发;资源共享缺乏,大数据平台建设亟待加强;营销模式单一,品牌建设有待加强。因此,新疆应鼓励产业市场信息共享,健全融合发展体制机制;优化资源交叉融合配置,构筑产业合作支撑体系;增强生产开发技术渗透,推动产业融合技术升级;丰富经营业态方式方法,确保满足多重消费需求;创新文旅特色产品开发,落实融合产品提质增效。Vigorously promoting the integrated development of wine industry and cultural tourism industry is in line with the re-quirements of Xinjiang’s development plan to build characteristic industries.It is a key initiative to cultivate new impetus for eco-nomic development in Xinjiang and the only way to achieve high-quality economic development.Xinjiang’s wine industry and cul-tural tourism industry take the advantages for integrating in nature,and enjoy strategic opportunities of favorable policies,resource advantages,and local characteristics.However,the integration of Xinjiang wine industry and cultural tourism industry needs accel-erating due to the fact that the degree integration is still low;the transportation facilities need improving to exploit the wine cultural tourism route;the construction of big data platform needs strengthening to realize information sharing;the marketing model is single and brand building needs strengthening.Therefore,Xinjiang should encourage information sharing in industrial markets and im-prove the mechanism of integrated development;optimize the allocation of resources and build an industrial cooperation support system;enhance the technological innovation in production and development and promote the upgrading of industrial integration technology;enrich business formats to meet multiple needs of consumers;innovate the development of cultural tourism characteristic products to improve the quality and efficiency of integrated products.
