摘 要:以茶园伞形科多年生的匍匐茎草本植物积雪草为原料,在厌氧条件下于300℃、500℃和700℃热解制备生物炭,研究不同热解温度对生物炭特性的影响,探究生物炭结构在水土保持应用方面的潜在价值。随着热解温度升高,生物炭产率下降(41.32%~29.45%);700℃时生物炭灰分含量较300℃提高了58.93%;生物炭C元素含量随温度升高而升高,与之相比,H、N和O元素则反而降低。3种生物炭pH值随温度升高而升高(8.41~10.12),均呈碱性;生物炭比表面积和孔隙体积随温度升高不断增大,而平均孔径在较高温度(500℃和700℃)时减小。红外光谱表明,500℃制备的生物炭含氧官能团较丰富,结构更稳定。结合生物炭理化特性与表征结构,较高热解温度制备的生物炭有望投入到水土保持应用。Biochar was prepared by pyrolysis of Centella asiatica,a perennial creeping herb of Umbelliferae in tea garden,at 300℃,500℃ and 700℃ under anaerobic conditions.It was studied the effects of different pyrolysis temperatures on the characteristics of biochar,and explored the potential value of biochar structure in soil and water conservation.The results showed that the yield of biochar decreased(41.32%~29.45%)with the increase of pyrolysis temperature.At 700℃,the ash content of biochar increased by 58.93% compared with 300℃;The content of element C in biochar increases with the increase of temperature, while elements H, N and O decrease. The pH valuesof the three biochars increased (8.41~10.12) with the increase of temperature, all of which appeared alkaline. Thespecific surface area and pore volume of biochar increase with the increase of temperature, while the average poresize decreases at higher temperatures (500℃ and 700℃ ). Infrared spectrum shows that the biochar prepared at 500℃ is rich in oxygen-containing functional groups and has a more stable structure. Combined with the physicaland chemical characteristics and characterization structure of biochar, biochar prepared at higher pyrolysistemperature is expected to be applied in the soil and water conservation.
