高盐羟丙基甲基纤维素生产废水的预处理研究

摘  要:通过采用“Fe/C微电解+中和絮凝沉淀+电渗析”组合工艺分段处理高盐羟丙基甲基纤维素生产废水进行研究发现,“Fe/C微电解+中和絮凝沉淀”在优化条件下,COD去除率达35%,ρ(BOD_(5))/ρ(COD)由0.1提升至0.31,盐的质量分数仍高达3%,电导率为60.81 mS/cm。对沉淀后上清液进行电渗析,淡室盐分质量浓度和电导率分别可降至5 g/L,0.25 mS/cm以下,COD去除率达14.2%,出水满足生化处理要求,浓水盐分质量浓度可提升至150 g/L。该工艺实现了高盐废水的有效预处理,为达标排放提供了新的思路。The combination process of“Fe/C microelectrolysis+neutralization flocculation precipitation+electrodialysis”was used to treat high salt hydroxypropyl methylcellulose production wastewater in stages.Under the optimized conditions,the COD removal rate of“Fe/C microelectrolysis+neutralization flocculation precipitation”reached 35%,the BOD5/COD increased from 0.1 to 0.31,and the weight percentage of salt was still as high as 3%,with the electrical conductivity of 60.81 mS/cm.Electrodialysis of the supernatant after precipitation,the mass concentration of salt in the fresh room and the conductivity can be reduced to less than 5 g/L and 0.25 mS/cm respectively,the COD removal rate reaches 14.2%,the effluent meets the requirements of biochemical treatment,and the mass concentration of salt in the concentrated water can be increased to 150 g/L.The process realizes the effective pre-treatment of high salt wastewater,and provides a new way of thinking for the discharge to meet the standards.
