摘  要:在商品混凝土生产过程中,大量毛石集中在粗骨料厂房进行破碎筛分,无疑将会产生极大的粉尘污染。粉尘扩散速度快、覆盖范围广,且含有二氧化硅等对人体危害极大的物质,低碳化治理粉尘污染问题亟待解决。通过采用FLUENT软件,对成都市某粗骨料厂房内的颗粒物浓度分布进行数值模拟,给出厂房内污染源颗粒物的速度流场,并对厂房空间布局提供一些建议。研究表明:厂房有限空间内有无风速对颗粒物停留分布影响很大,有风条件下设备操作间周围颗粒浓度较大,无风条件下颗粒浓度分布较均匀。该研究结论为以后类似厂房的改造和修建提供了依据。In the production process of commercial concrete,a large number of rubble are concentrated in the coarse aggregate plant for crushing and screening,which will undoubtedly cause great dust pollution.The dust has a fast diffusion rate,a wide coverage,and contains substances such as silicon dioxide that are extremely harmful to human health.The problem of low carbon control of dust pollution needs to be solved urgently.The particle concentration distribution in a coarse aggregate workshop in Chengdu is numerically simulated by using FLUENT software,the velocity flow field of particles in the workshop is given,and some suggestions are provided for the spatial layout of the workshop.The research shows that the presence or absence of wind speed in the limited space of the plant has a great impact on the particle retention distribution.The particle concentration around the equipment operation room is relatively large under wind conditions,and the particle concentration distribution is relatively uniform under no wind conditions.The research conclusion provides a basis for the reconstruction and construction of similar plants in the future.
