摘 要:水泥基灌浆料在桥梁、装配式建筑等工程领域应用广泛,但灌浆料存在收缩大、易开裂等问题,这不利于灌浆料推广应用,有必要开展降低水泥基灌浆料收缩开裂的研究。通过查阅大量相关文献,综述了膨胀剂、掺合料、纤维及养护条件对灌浆料收缩开裂性能影响,综述了水泥基灌浆料收缩开裂机理,并对低收缩、高抗裂水泥基灌浆料后续研究方向进行展望。Cement-based grouting materials are widely used in engineering fields such as bridges and prefabricated buildings.However,there are problems such as large shrinkage and easy cracking of grouting materials,which is not conducive to the popularization and application of grouting materials.It is necessary to carry out research on reducing shrinkage cracking of cement-based grouting materials.In this paper,the effects of expansion agent,admixture,fiber and curing conditions on the shrinkage and cracking performance of grouting materials are reviewed by consulting a large number of relevant literatures.The shrinkage and cracking mechanism of cement-based grouting materials is reviewed,and the follow-up research direction of low shrinkage and high crack resistance cement-based grouting materials is prospected.
