摘 要:为提升传统金属阻尼器中金属材料的屈服耗能能力,提出一种开孔活塞式金属阻尼器,在活塞式阻尼钢板上开设弧形长孔,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立设有不同开孔面积的阻尼器,研究开孔面积对阻尼器力学性能的影响。结果表明:开设弧形长孔后阻尼钢板上应力、应变分布更加均匀,屈服区域更加分散,等效塑性应变值明显增大,有利于阻尼器耗能并能有效提升阻尼钢板的材料利用效率。In order to improve the yield energy dissipation capacity of metal materials in traditional metal dampers,an open-hole piston metal damper is proposed,an arc-shaped long hole is opened on the piston damping steel plate,and a damper with different opening area is established based on ABAQUS finite element software to study the influence of the opening area on the mechanical properties of the damper.The results show that after opening the arc-shaped long hole,the stress and strain distribution on the damping steel plate are more uniform,the yield area is more dispersed,and the equivalent plastic strain value is significantly increased,which is conducive to the energy consumption of the damper and can effectively improve the material utilization rate of the damping steel plate.
