摘 要:土塞是指管桩在打桩过程中桩端土涌入管桩内部的土体,这部分土体对管桩的动力响应有所影响。以往研究常忽略土塞质量,而实际工程中土塞质量对管桩的影响不可忽略。主要利用ANSYS数值模拟软件建立考虑土塞质量时管桩-土塞-桩侧土数值模拟模型,桩底的支撑考虑为虚土桩支撑。在管桩顶部施加半正弦脉冲,并提取桩顶的速度时域曲线,对管桩在不同桩土参数变化时进行数值分析。主要研究管桩桩身出现缺陷时、桩身出现变截面时和桩侧土出现软硬夹层时的管桩动力响应变化规律情况。进一步分析当考虑土塞质量时管桩纵向振动的特性,为工程检测提供一定的参考意义。研究结果表明:①当管桩桩身出现缺陷时,桩顶的速度时域曲线会在缺陷处发生突变,且随着缺陷位置处弹性模量于原管桩弹性模量差的绝对值的变大,突变处信号强度也变大;②管桩桩身出现变截面情况时,桩顶速度时域曲线在变截面处会有信号突变,当变截面情况分别为扩径和缩颈时,信号突变方向相反;③当桩侧土有软硬夹层时,对管桩的动力响应有所影响。Soil plugs are the influx of soil from the end of the pile into the interior of the pipe pile during the piling process,and this part of the soil has an effect on the dynamic response of the pipe pile.In previous studies,the quality of the soil plug was ignored,but the influence of the soil plug on the pipe pile cannot be ignored in practical engineering.In this paper,ANSYS numerical simulation software is used to establish a numerical simulation model of the pipe pile-soil plug-soil on the side of the pile when the soil plug mass is considered.Half-sine pulses are applied at the top of the pipe pile and the velocity time domain curve at the top of the pile is extracted for numerical analysis of the pipe pile at different pile-soil parameter variations.The main study is to investigate the variation pattern of the dynamic response of the pipe pile when a defect occurs in the pipe pile body,when a variable section occurs in the pile body and when a soft and hard sandwich occurs in the soil on the side of the pile.Further analysis of the characteristics of the longitudinal vibration of the pipe pile when the mass of the soil plug is taken into account will provide some reference for engineering inspection.The results of the study show that:①the velocity time domain curve at the top of the pile will change abruptly at the defect when the pile body is defective;②the velocity time domain curve at the top of the pile will change abruptly at the variable section when the pile body is in variable section and the direction of the signal change will be different for different variable sections;③the dynamic response of the pile cannot be neglected when the soil on the side of the pile has a hard or soft interlayer.
