城市超浅覆大断面暗挖富水隧道衬砌施工技术研究

摘　　要：衬砌施工是隧道工程中一项必不可少的施工项目,超浅覆大断面暗挖富水隧道衬砌施工对防水性和稳定性要求较高,施工难度较大,为此提出了城市超浅覆大断面暗挖富水隧道衬砌施工技术研究。在隧道洞室拱顶喷注双层混凝土,并布设格栅钢筋网,对隧道拱顶支护,隧道全环布设土工布+乙烯+醋酸乙烯共聚物,施作隧道防水层,利用全液压二次衬砌台车在防水层上通过模板安装、满堂支架布设以及混凝土喷注完成隧道二次衬砌施工,以此完成城市超浅覆大断面暗挖富水隧道衬砌施工。实例分析结果表明,衬砌施工后隧道衬砌耐水压力大于最小限值,衬砌裂缝长度、宽度以及深度均小于最大限值,符合相关规范,隧道衬砌具有良好的密封性、防水性和稳定性,采取的施工技术能够有效保证城市超浅覆大断面暗挖富水隧道衬砌施工质量。Lining construction is an essential project in tunnel engineering.The lining construction of ultra-shallow covered large section underground tunnel with rich water has higher requirements for water resistance and stability,and the construction is more difficult.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research on the lining construction technology of ultra-shallow covered large section underground tunnel with rich water.Double-layer concrete is sprayed on the vault roof of the tunnel chamber,and steel grid is laid,the tunnel arch support,geotextile+ethylene+vinyl acetate copolymer is laid across the tunnel ring,and tunnel waterproof layer is applied,and the tunnel secondary lining construction is completed by formwork installation,full framing and concrete spraying on the waterproof layer using a fully hydraulic secondary lining truck.In this way,the lining construction of the city's ultra-shallow covering and large section is completed.The results of the case analysis show that the water pressure of the tunnel lining is greater than the minimum limit value,and the length,width and depth of the lining crack are less than the maximum limit value,which conforms to the relevant specifications.The tunnel lining has good sealing,water resistance and stability,and the construction technology adopted can effectively ensure the construction quality of the urban ultra-shallow overlaying and large section of the underground water-rich tunnel lining.
