摘 要:供热管道施工对于城市发展以及城市居民生活品质的提升,会产生直接影响。为确保供热管道能够发挥出自身最大价值,在供热管道施工中,合理应用防腐保温技术,提升供热管道性能,为人们创造良好居住环境。因此,首先阐述供热管道防腐保温重要作用;然后分析供热管道腐蚀类型,以及供热管道保温问题;最后围绕供热管道防腐蚀施工准备、表面处理、防腐施工,供热管道保温施工准备、确定保温厚度、保温施工验收等,对供热管道防腐保温技术应用进行科学探讨,希望可以为相关施工部门提供参考。The construction of heating pipeline will have a direct impact on the urban development and the improvement of the quality of life of urban residents.In order to ensure that the heat supply pipeline can give full play to its own maximum value,in the construction of heat supply pipeline,reasonable application of anti-corrosion insulation technology,improve the performance of heat supply pipeline,to create a good living environment for people.Therefore,this paper first describes the important role of heat supply pipeline corrosion insulation,and then analyzes the corrosion types of heat supply pipeline,as well as heat supply pipeline insulation problems,finally around the heat supply pipeline corrosion prevention construction preparation,surface treatment,anticorrosive construction,heat supply pipeline insulation construction preparation,determination of insulation thickness,insulation construction acceptance,etc.,the application of heat supply pipeline corrosion insulation technology is scientifically discussed.Hope to provide reference for related construction departments.
