基于盐城市居民生活满意度视角的政府公共服务优化研究

摘　　要：研究基于盐城市居民幸福感视角,探究政府公共服务优化路径。通过问卷调查分析盐城居民幸福感现状,涵盖经济、文化、社会、政府工作、环境和个人层面,发现居民在各层面的满意度及存在问题。同时梳理盐城提升居民幸福感的举措与成就,分析当前面临的瓶颈。借鉴南京等城市经验,提出从经济、政府工作、社会、文化、环境、个人六个维度构建盐城幸福生活新标杆的优化策略,以提升居民幸福感,推动盐城高质量发展。From the perspective of the happiness of residents in Yancheng City,this study explores the optimization paths of government public services.Through questionnaire surveys,the current situation of the happiness of Yancheng residents is analyzed,covering economic,cultural,social,government work,environmental and personal aspects.The satisfaction and existing problems of residents in each aspect are identified.Meanwhile,the measures and achievements of Yancheng in enhancing residents'happiness are sorted out,and the current bottlenecks are analyzed.Drawing on the experiences of cities such as Nanjing,an optimization strategy is proposed to build a new benchmark for a happy life in Yancheng from six dimensions:economy,government work,society,culture,environment and individual,so as to enhance residents'happiness and promote the high-quality development of Yancheng.
