农村看护房多元组合装配式设计助力农用设施风貌整治研究——以广州番禺区新桥村百千万工程为例

摘　　要：为响应百千万工程,贯彻市委区委推进《生态宜居美丽乡村建设行动方案》,整治农村乱搭乱建现象,统一片区乡村风貌,引导农户、企业或镇街补助开展建设、改造农用设施(如看护房等)时,能利用装配式建筑可多元化组合、标准轻量化、结构创新、节能环保、低成本等优点实现定制设计,塑造具有番禺区特色的乡村风貌,带动农村相关产业链发展,提升乡村经济活力。In response to the Baiqianwan Project,implementing the Action Plan for Ecological Livable and Beautiful Rural Construction promoted by the Municipal Party Committee and District Committee,rectifying the phenomenon of disorderly construction in rural areas,unifying the rural style of the area,and guiding farmers,enterprises,or towns and streets to subsidize the construction and renovation of agricultural facilities(such as nursing homes),the advantages of prefabricated buildings such as diversified combinations,standard lightweight,structural innovation,energy conservation and environmental protection,and low cost can be utilized to achieve customized design,shape a rural style with Panyu District characteristics,drive the development of rural related industrial chains,and enhance rural economic vitality.
