摘 要:以泰国首座地下变电站项目施工为依托,通过对超深地下变电站地连墙智能化精准后连接绿色施工关键技术研究,针对梁板空间设置多变、地下结构受力体系复杂、对梁板与地连墙连接构造的施工技术要求高的特点,在施工方法的优化、施工质量的控制、连接细部的构造处理、薄弱部位的防水实施等方面形成了完善的施工工艺。能够将原混凝土与新插入的钢筋有效连接,共同受力的结果,保障了工程施工质量。该技术填补了后浇梁板与“二墙合一”地连墙多层结构复杂结构体系连接的技术空白。Based on the construction of Thailand's first underground substation project,this research focuses on key technologies for intelligent and precise post-connection of diaphragm walls in ultra-deep underground substations.Given the complex load-bearing system of underground structures and the variable spatial arrangement of beams and slabs,which impose high technical requirements for the connection between beams,slabs,and diaphragm walls,a comprehensive construction process has been developed.This includes optimization of construction methods,control of construction quality,detailed treatment of connection components,and implementation of waterproofing in vulnerable areas.The technology effectively connects the original concrete with newly inserted reinforcement,allowing for shared load-bearing,thereby ensuring the quality of the construction project.This technology fills the technical gap in connecting post-poured slabs with the complex multi-layer structure of the"two walls combined"diaphragm wall system.
