摘 要:大体积混凝土浇筑后,强冷空气会影响其结构安全性,对其进行温度控制是保障施工质量的重要内容。以某塔柱的大体积混凝土为工程实例,采用Midas/FEA软件进行有限元模拟,分析在强冷空气影响下大体积混凝土的降温状态,并探讨改善措施。有限元模拟结果表明,在强冷空气作用下,加强外保温和冷却水温度管控,能够有效控制大体积混凝土的温度。现场监测结果显示,该塔柱的降温速率平缓,拆模后未出现温度裂缝,可供类似工程参考。After the casting of mass concrete,strong cold air may affect its structural safety,making temperature control crucial for ensuring construction quality.Using a mass concrete tower column as a case study,finite element simulations were conducted with Midas/FEA software to analyze the cooling state of the concrete under strong cold air conditions and to explore improvement measures.The simulation results indicate that under strong cold air,strengthening external insulation and controlling the temperature of cooling water can effectively manage the temperature of mass concrete.Field monitoring results showed that the cooling rate of the tower column was gradual,and no temperature-induced cracks appeared after formwork removal,providing valuable reference for similar projects.
