摘　　要：新型城镇化发展背景下,各区域积极推进旧城更新。传统旧城更新过程中,对旧城内设施进行大范围拆除、重建,导致旧城原有的特色被破坏,使居民对现代化城市生活的需求得不到满足。“微改造”在旧城更新中应用,有助于提升居民生活品质、传承城市文化、推动城市发展,具有协同性、人性化、微小性的特点。旧城更新应用“微改造”的过程中应当明确应用范围,严格遵循适度性、传承性、环保性、经济性、以人为本、因地制宜、多元化、整体性原则,以此充分发挥“微改造”在旧城更新中的作用。Under the background of new urbanization development,various regions are actively promoting the renewal of old cities.In the process of traditional old city renewal,large-scale demolition and reconstruction of facilities in the old city have led to the destruction of the original characteristics of the old city,causing residents'needs for modern urban life to be unmet.The application of"micro renovation"in old city renewal helps to improve residents'quality of life,inherit urban culture,and promote urban development,with the characteristics of synergy,humanization,and micro scale.In the process of applying"micro renovation"in old city renewal,the scope of application should be clearly defined,and the principles of moderation,inheritance,environmental protection,economy,people-oriented,tailored to local conditions,diversification,and integrity should be strictly followed,in order to fully play the role of"micro renovation"in old city renewal.
