摘  要:大气污染防治工作是我国生态文明建设的重要任务和挑战,大气污染对人们的健康和幸福感产生严重影响,也直接影响着经济社会发展的质量和效益。我国大气污染防治工作机制,涵盖政府各主体间、政府和市场主体间、政府和社会主体互动三个维度,通过一系列法规法条、规划制度、标准指标、管控措施、责任追究等制度安排实现大气污染的有效防治,在改善环境空气质量、降低社会运行成本、提高公众满意度等方面发挥了显著作用。本文以某重工集团喷漆室废气治理为例,比较分析了活性炭吸附脱附+催化燃烧与两级活性炭吸附两种工业废气处理方法的处理效果及经济成本,为企业喷漆废气治理方式的选择提供参考。The prevention and control of air pollution is an important task and challenge for China's ecological civilization construction.Air pollution has a serious impact on people's health and happiness,and directly affects the quality and efficiency of economic and social development.The mechanism for preventing and controlling air pollution in China covers three dimensions:interactions between government entities,between government and market entities,and between government and social entities.Through a series of regulations,planning systems,standard indicators,control measures,accountability and other institutional arrangements,effective prevention and control of air pollution have been achieved,playing a significant role in improving environmental air quality,reducing social operating costs,and increasing public satisfaction.This article takes the waste gas treatment of a certain heavy industry group's paint spraying room as an example,and compares and analyzes the treatment effects and economic costs of two industrial waste gas treatment methods:activated carbon adsorption desorption+catalytic combustion and two-stage activated carbon adsorption,providing reference for the selection of paint spraying waste gas treatment methods for enterprises.
