摘　　要：拟结合某大型煤基新材料项目,就大型煤化工项目的总平面布置及总图管理工作进行一些初步的探讨,包括介绍总平面布置的内容组成,提出总平面布置的原则和理念,详述总平面布置的设计思路,同时提出在项目设计阶段对全厂总图设计过程的管理和协调工作,为总图从业人员提供一种新的参考和思路。Combining with a large coal chemical factory project,the article makes a primary study and discussion on the general plant layout and the general management of a large coal chemical project,including introducing the content and composition of the general layout.It proposes the principles and concepts of the general layout,describes the design ideas of the general layout,and proposes the management and coordination of the general plant layout design process during the project design phase,providing a new reference and idea for layout practitioners.
