摘 要:自ChatGPT诞生以来,生成式人工智能(Generative AI)技术在各个领域的应用已经彰显了其深远的影响力和巨大的潜能。高校图书馆学科服务无疑也将受到这一技术的影响。文章概述生成式AI的基本概况,分析了生成式AI在学科服务中的使用潜力:学科资源建设与管理、学科信息获取与利用、学科信息加工与数据统计、学科用户咨询与反馈、学科数据挖掘与决策支持。在这些应用场景中,生成式AI能显著提升用户体验和学科馆员的工作效率。文章还对生成式AI应用于高校图书馆智慧学科服务进行了深入思考,旨在为图书馆学科服务引入生成式AI技术时提供参考和指导。Since the inception of ChatGPT,Generative AI has demonstrated its profound impact and immense potential across various fields.The academic services of university libraries are undoubtedly bound to be influenced by this technological trend.This article provides an overview of the basic aspects of Generative AI and analyzes its potential in several application domains of academic services:construction and management of academic resources,acquisition and utilization of academic information,processing and statistical analysis of academic information,consultation and feedback for academic users,and data mining and decision support for academic disciplines.In these application scenarios,Generative AI can significantly enhance user experience and the work efficiency of library staff.This article also offers an in-depth contemplation of the application of Generative AI in intelligent academic services of university libraries,with the aim of providing reference and guidance for the introduction of Generative AI technology in library academic services.
