摘　　要：一些复杂屋面情况,如非上人设定造成不方便通行运输、有外挑结构使得脚手架搭设难度大、女儿墙的存在使得整体高度较高、外墙有干挂花岗岩等装饰材料不能固定链接件,造成渗漏施工修复起来很有难度。通过研究提出一套有效的施工修复方案,并通过实施效果评估验证其可行性,阐述了修复方案的设计过程,包括材料选择、施工工艺、质量控制及人员安排等方面,对解决屋面渗漏一些困难复杂施工问题具有参考意义。Some complex roof situations,such as inconvenient transportation caused by non human settings,difficult scaffolding due to overhanging structures,high overall height due to the presence of parapets,and difficulty in fixing connecting components due to dry hanging gran-ite and other decorative materials on the exterior wall,make it difficult to repair leakage during construction.Through research,an effective construction repair plan is proposed,and its feasibi-lity is verified through implementation effect evaluation.The design process of the repair plan is elaborated,including material selection,construction technology,quality control,and personnel arrangement,which has reference significance for solving some difficult and complex construction problems of roof leakage.
