摘  要:HIV感染者合并CVD已经成为全球性公共卫生问题。许多CVD预测模型在国内外研究中用于评估患者的发病风险,但在女性群体、HIV感染者以及其他疾病中的适用性有限,需要考虑加入特异性危险因素。目前国内HIV感染者CVD预测研究主要为横断面设计,样本量小且研究数量不足,难以准确评估风险与模型之间的关系。故本文拟简要综述HIV合并CVD流行病学情况及国内外风险模型的应用评价,以期为临床工作者正确选择风险预测模型,并开发适用于本国HIV感染者的特异性CVD风险预测模型提供理论依据。The coexistence of cardiovascular disease(CVD)in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection people has become a global public health problem.A number of CVD prediction models have been used in domestic and foreign studies to evaluate the morbidity risk in patients.However,their applicability is limited in female populations,HIV-infected patients,and other diseases.The incorporation of specific risk factors is a necessary consideration in this regard.At present,domestic studies on CVD prediction of HIV-infected patients are predominantly cross-sectional design,with relatively small sample sizes and insufficient number of studies,making it difficult to accurately assess the relationship between risk and the model.Therefore,this paper aims to briefly reviews the epidemiological characteristics of HIV-associated CVD and the application evaluation of risk models at home and abroad,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinicians to correctly select risk prediction models and develop specific CVD risk prediction models suitable for HIV-infected patients in their own country.
