摘　　要：真菌感染的病例逐年增加,死亡率居高不下,两性霉素B因其抗真菌谱广、活性强的优点被列为治疗真菌感染最有效的药物之一,但其毒副作用也较为明显,两性霉素B胆固醇硫酸酯复合物是新型制剂的代表药物,本文对其结构特点、治疗不同真菌感染的效果以及副作用等进行综述。The number of cases of fungal infection is increasing year by year,and the mortality rate remains high.Amphotericin B has been listed as one of the most effective drugs for the treatment of fungal infections due to its wide anti-fungal spectrum and strong activity,but its toxic side effects are also obvious.Amphotericin B cholesterol sulfate complex is a representative drug of new preparations.This paper reviews its structural characteristics,effects and side effects in the treatment of different fungal infections.
