摘  要:以一台16 MW半直驱永磁风力发电机电磁设计为例,借助ANSYS Maxwell有限元软件建立二维有限元模型,分析了多绕组移相设计的必要性,对比研究了多绕组移相与传统三相绕组在空载特性、负载特性下各参数性能。同时基于海上尤其是深远海可靠性运行要求,研究风力发电机在容错运行工况下的波形特性,最后对发电机在单套绕组三相、两相短路工况下计算校核退磁情况。本文设计过程、方式方法及故障分析为后续大容量半直驱产品开发提供了一定的经验借鉴。Based on a 16MW high-power offshore permanent magnet wind power generator,the 2D finite element model was established using ANSYS Maxwell finite element software.The necessity of the projects on phase difference between multi-windings was analyzed,and the performance of several parameters under unload and load characteristics between poly-phase winding and traditional three-phase winding was compared and studied.Moreover,the waveform characteristics of wind turbines under fault-tolerant operating conditions are studied.Finally,the demagnetization rate of the generator was calculated under short-circuit conditions.The design process,methods,and fault analysis provide certain experience and reference for the subsequent development of high-power permanent magnet wind power generator.
