摘  要:TLKS电机作为立式同步系列化电机,常用于水利项目中。某项目中,用户提出了额定工况和极端工况下,定子机座最大应力强度分别不超过材料屈服强度的三分之一和二分之一的较高要求。基于成本考虑,在不更换材料的前提下,对底板支撑筋和层间支撑柱等机座结构进行了优化。优化后,在额定工况和极端工况下,定子机座强度均能满足用户要求。本文所提出的优化方法为该系列电机定子机座后续的结构优化设计提供了参考。As a vertical synchronous series motor,TLKS motor is often used in water conservancy projects.In a project using this series of motors,the user put forward the higher requirements that the maximum stress strength of the stator frame should not exceed one-third and one-half of the yield strength of the material respectively under rated and extreme working conditions.Considering cost,without changing the material,the frame structure of the base plate supporting bars and interlayer supporting columns has been optimized.After optimization,the strength of stator frame can meet the requirements of users under both rated and extreme working conditions.The optimization method presented in this paper provides a reference for the subsequent structural optimization design of the stator frame of this series of motors.
