摘　　要：本文主要介绍了主绝缘减薄型的115 MW汽轮发电机定子线圈的结构特点和制造工艺流程,对关键工序以及采取的措施进行了阐述说明,高质量的定子线圈满足了产品要求,积累了定子线圈制造的技术经验。The structure characteristics and manufacturing process of the stator bar on 115 MW turbine generator with reduced type of main insulation are chiefly introduced in this paper,and the key processes and the measures taken are explained in it.The high quality stator coil can meet the requirements for the product,and the technical experience in manufacturing stator bar has been accumulated.
