摘  要:水轮发电机转子磁轭热加垫技术是整个转子装配工艺过程中的重点难点,加垫量的测量、计算、确定直接关系到整个磁轭安装质量。本文就此工艺过程进行了全面细致剖析,提出一整套工程施工方案,并以示例说明方式进行逐步分析解构。水轮发电机转子磁轭热加垫量的分析计算方法具有简便、可操作、效果显著等特点,可为同类型水轮发电机转子安装提供参考。Heat padding technology of rotor yoke of hydrogenerator is the key and difficult point in the whole rotor assembly process;the measurement,calculation and determination of the amount of padding are directly related to the installation quality of the whole magnetic yoke.A comprehensive and detailed analysis of the process is made in this paper,as well as a set of engineering construction plans put forward,taking the way of example description for analysis and deconstruction step-by-step.The method of analyzing and calculating the heat padding amount of rotor yoke of hydrogenerator is of the characteristics of convenience,operability and remarkable effect and etc,able to be used as reference for rotor installation of the same type of hydrogenerator.
