摘　　要：结合车轴超声检测过程,阐述并分析了影响检测结果可信度的各种因素,包括超声检测仪器性能、探头性能、标准物质、检测方法、操作人员及其他随机影响因素。通过分析因素,结合现有的超声检测设备,制定试验方案确定各因素的影响分量,并对可信度影响分量进行了分析和计算,为检测工艺优化提供借鉴。By combining the ultrasonic testing process of the axle,various factors affecting the reliability of the test results are described and analyzed in this paper,including ultrasonic testing instrument performance,probe performance,standard material,testing method,operator and other influencing factors with the machine.By analyzing the factors and combining with the existing ultrasonic testing equipment,the test plan is made to determine the influence components of each factor,and the influence components of credibility are analyzed and calculated.
