摘  要:在光谱作用下,H_(2)S产物快速挥发,且挥发行为表现极为明显,根据光谱效果准确分析H_(2)S产物在SF_(6)分解气体中的含量具有一定的难度;因此,研究一种基于红外和紫外光谱分析的SF_(6)分解气体在线监测技术;通过将红外测量单元、紫外测量单元与多通道光谱脉冲幅度分析器连接在一起,并采用气体分离特性函数和吸附等温线等方法,准确分析SF_(6)分解气体中H_(2)S成分的含量;实验结果表明,该方法的H_(2)S气体产物含量检测结果与真实气体含量之间的差值始终为零,实现了对SF_(6)分解气体中H_(2)S成分含量的准确测量。Under the influence of spectroscopy,H_(2)S products evaporate quickly,with a very obvious volatilization behavior.Based on spectral effects,it is difficult to accurately analyze the content of H_(2)S products in SF_(6) decomposition gas.Therefore,an SF_(6) decomposition gas online monitoring technology based on infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy analysis is studied.By connecting the infrared measurement unit,ultraviolet measurement unit,and multi-channel spectral pulse amplitude analyzer together,and using gas separation characteristic functions and adsorption isotherms,the content of H_(2)S component in SF_(6) decomposition gas is accurately analyzed.Experimental results show that by using this method,the difference between the detection result of H_(2)S gas products and that of the actual gas is always zero,achieving an accurate measurement for H_(2)S component in SF_(6) decomposition gas.
