摘 要:针对负荷频率控制中存在的随机时延、丢包和负载波动等不确定因素影响下的性能问题,提出了一种基于数据驱动的LFC系统;通过建立分散控制结构,优化反馈变量,并提出选择性事件触发控制器,从而降低了通信资源消耗,提升了系统的运行效能;仿真结果表明,相较于H∞控制和PSO-PI控制策略,SETC控制不仅将PTFD缩短了76.7%和23.2%,还分别将FRST减少了64.5%和17.2%;SETC的设计不仅平衡了通信减少与系统性能之间的关系,还展现了出色的恢复能力与鲁棒性,对于提升电力系统的灵活性和可靠性具有重要意义。A data-driven LFC system is proposed to address the performance issues caused by uncertain factors such as random delay,packet loss,and load fluctuations in load frequency control.By establishing a decentralized control structure,optimizing feedback variables,and proposing a selective event triggered controller,communication resource consumption has been reduced and the operational efficiency of the system has been improved.The simulation results show that compared with H∞control and PSO-PI control strategies,SETC control not only shortens PTFD by 76.7%and 23.2%,but also reduces FRST by 64.5%and 17.2%,respectively.The design of SETC not only balances the relationship between reduced communication and system performance,but also demonstrates excellent recovery capability and robustness,which is of great significance for improving the flexibility and reliability of power systems.
