摘 要:针对目前移动机械采用数字液压泵/马达进行重力势能回收时存在系统结构复杂、能量转换环节多、成本高等问题,提出了一种新型能量直接回收型数字泵。通过增加专门的能量回收配流阀和能量回收口,在柱塞运行到进油行程时,将需要回收的高压油液引入柱塞腔,使柱塞作用于泵轴的转矩与原动机一起驱动数字泵工作,实现外部液压能量的直接回收利用。分析了能量直接回收型数字泵的组成和三种工作模式,构建了其性能测试系统的AMESim仿真模型,仿真得到混合模式工作下不同马达排量系数泵轴角度、泵输出流量、回收油液流量、柱塞腔工作压力和泵轴转矩等工作特性曲线。搭建了能量直接回收型数字泵工作特性实验平台,对数字泵混合模式下能量回收工况进行实验验证。结果显示,能量回收后泵消耗的输入转矩大幅下降,验证了新型数字泵的可行性和正确性。Aiming at the problems of complex system structure,multiple energy conversion links and high cost when digital hydraulic pump/motor is used for gravitational potential energy recovery in mobile machinery,a new type of digital pump with direct energy recovery is proposed.Adding a special recovery valve and port redirects recovered high pressure oil to plunger chamber during inlet oil suction stroke,driving digital pump and prime mover,recycling external hydraulic energy directly.The composition and three working modes of the direct energy recovery digital pump are analyzed,and the AMESim simulation model of its performance test system is established.The characteristic curves such as pump shaft angle,pump output flow,oil recovery flow,plunger chamber working pressure and pump shaft torque are simulated under mixed mode operation.An experimental platform has been set up to test the working characteristics of the direct energy recovery digital pump,and the experimental verification of energy recovery under mixed mode of digital pump is carried out.The results show that the input torque consumed by the pump decreases significantly after energy recovery,which verified the feasibility and correctness of the proposed digital pump.
