摘 要:茜草作为具有重要药用与染料双重价值的植物,根部所含生物碱对人类健康及纺织品染色均显示出显著效用。传统中药使用茜草已有数千年历史,作为天然染料的应用亦逐渐受到重视。然而,现有的茜草提取与染色技术仍面临效率低下、成本较高和染色稳定性不足等技术瓶颈。探讨茜草天然色素的先进提取技术和染色工艺的创新,以期实现高效利用,并在纺织产业中推广环保型天然染料的应用,助力实现可持续发展。As a plant with important medicinal and dye value,the alkaloids contained in the root of Madder show remarkable effects on human health and textile dyeing.Madder has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years,and its use as a natural dye has gradually been emphasized.However,the existing extraction and dyeing techniques of Madder still face technical bottlenecks such as low efficiency,high cost and insufficient dyeing stability.Therefore,the advanced extraction technology of madder natural pigment and the innovation of dyeing process were explored,in order to achieve efficient utilization,and promote the application of environmentally friendly natural dye in textile industry,to help achieve sustainable development.
