摘　　要：遗体捐献器官获取工作是捐献器官到器官移植过程中的关键环节,规范开展捐献器官获取工作是我国器官捐献专业化、器官获取组织(organ procurement organizations,OPO)建设学科化、器官移植学科体系建设的重要保障。为进一步明确遗体捐献器官获取工作中的要求和规范,由中华医学会器官移植学分会和中国医师协会器官移植医师分会组织制订《遗体捐献器官获取工作指南》,本指南综合考虑我国遗体捐献器官获取工作要求与工作实际,共形成31条推荐意见,为我国遗体器官捐献获取工作提供参考。The work of organ procurement from cadaveric donation is an important link in the process of organ donation to organ transplantation,and the standardization of organ procurement work from cadaveric donations is an essential guarantee for the specialization of organ donation,the discipline of organ procurement organizations(OPO)construction and the construction of organ transplantation discipline system in China.In order to further define the requirements and criteria in the work of cadaveric organ procurement,Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation,Chinese Medical Association and Organ Transplantation Branch,Chinese Medical Doctor Association have organised and formulated the Guidelines for organ procurement from cadaveric donors,which takes into account the actual work of cadaveric organ procurement in China,and has formulated a total of 31 recommendations which serve as reference document of the work of cadaveric organ procurement in China.
