摘  要:肺结核是由结核分枝杆菌感染人体肺部引起的传染性疾病,在结核病中最为常见。由于早期诊断不及时、误诊、治疗不当、延误治疗以及患者自身免疫状况等因素可促使结核病进展为重症,增加患者死亡风险。长链非编码核糖核酸(long non-coding RNA,lnc RNA)已成为影响疾病诊断、治疗和预后的潜在新型分子,且在肺结核领域诊治方面展示出了很大的潜力和优势,其中部分研究探讨了lnc RNA在监测肺结核向重症发展过程中的潜在作用。本文就lnc RNA在肺结核疾病进展中发挥的生物学功能进行综述,探讨lnc RNA作为肺结核向重症进展的分子生物标志物和诊治靶点的前景。Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the human lungs,which is the most common type of tuberculosis.Factors such as delayed early diagnosis,misdiagnosis,inappropriate treatment,delayed treatment and patients'autoimmune status worsen the disease and increase the risk of death.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has emerged as potential new molecules affecting the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of diseases,and has shown great potential and advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Some studies have explored the potential role of lncRNA and their potential in monitoring the development of severe pulmonary tuberculosis.This article explores the biological functions of lncRNA in the progression of pulmonary tuberculosis,and the prospect of lncRNA as molecular biomarkers and targets for diagnosis and treatment of severe pulmonary tuberculosis is discussed.
