摘  要:目的:探讨藏木通的抗胃黏膜损伤作用及其机制。方法:采用乙醇诱导大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,观测藏木通提取物、总皂苷部位、长春藤皂苷元对模型大鼠胃粘膜损伤的影响,并测定各给药组大鼠血清及组织中炎症因子TNF-ɑ、IL-1β,氧化应激因子SOD、MDA,生物调节因子NO,细胞增长因子EGF的水平。结果:实验各组均对大鼠胃黏膜损伤有保护作用,其中总皂苷部位效果与常春藤皂苷元类似,且均优于提取物;此外,各组均能显著降低TNF-α、NO含量(P<0.01),长春藤皂苷元还能显著降低EGF含量(P<0.01),但均对SOD影响不明显。结论:藏木通抗胃黏膜损伤作用主要与抗炎和调节免疫有关,总皂苷为活性部位。Objective To investigate the effects of Clematis breviscapus on anti-acute gastric mucosa Injury and its mechanism.Methods Ethanol was used to induce acute gastric mucosal injury,then we observe the effects of extract of Clematis breviscapus,total saponin fraction,and hederagenin on gastric mucosal injury in model rats,and the biochemical factors TNF-ɑ,IL-1β,SOD,MDA,,NO,and EGF were detected.Results The total extracts and total saponins of basic plants of Clematis breviscapus had protective effects on gastric mucosa injury in rats,and Hederagenin had similar effects.The total saponins were better than the total extracts and the activity of Hederagenin was similar to that of the total saponins.In addition,all groups could reduce the expressions of inflammatory factors TNF-αand NO(P<0.01).And only hederagenin group could reduce the content of EGF in the gastric tissue of rats.Conclusions It is suggested that the protective effect of Clematis breviscapus on gastric mucosa is mainly related to anti-inflammatory and immune regulation.
