摘 要:目的:对比使用中药配方颗粒与饮片制备两仪膏的质量差异,探讨中药配方颗粒替代饮片制作两仪膏的可行度。方法:以薄层色谱、特征图谱及有效成分含量(毛蕊花糖苷、党参炔苷)为主,感官评价为辅进行比较,对不同方式制备的两仪膏进行定性与定量分析。结果:两种两仪膏产品在外观、薄层色谱与特征图谱定性鉴别,以及毛蕊花糖苷、党参炔苷指标含量等方面差异较小。结论:中药配方颗粒与饮片制备的两仪膏产品质量较为一致,使用中药配方颗粒制作两仪膏具有可行性。Objective To compare the quality differences between Liangyi Paste prepared by traditional Chinese medicine formula granule and traditional Chinese decoction pieces,and explore the feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules replacing traditional Chinese decoction pieces to produce Liangyi Paste.Methods Using thin layer chromatography,characteristic chromatogram,and effective component content(Verbascoside and Lobetyolin)as the main methods,supplemented by sensory evaluation,to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of Liangyi Paste prepared with different methods.Results There is little difference in appearance,thin layer chromatography and characteristic spectrum qualitative identification,as well as the content of indicators such as Verbascoside and Lobetyolin between the two types of Liangyi Paste products.Conclusion The quality of the Liangyi Paste prepared by traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and decoction pieces is relatively consistent,and using traditional Chinese medicine formula granules to make Liangyi Paste is feasible.
